Devon Hill
President
Devon graduated with distinction from the University of Regina with a B.A.Sc. in Petroleum Systems Engineering in 2003.
During his career he has worked in a number of roles in the petroleum and mining industry, including an 11 year position focusing on a large water inflow problem.
During this time, Devon developed extensive experience in lab testing, water inflow control operations, project management, pilot and field testing/implementation, and focusing on innovative and inventive solutions to manage one of the largest sustained inflow problems in the world.
Devon has conceived, designed, managed and implemented numerous grouting, backfill and chemical seal projects into operations (both on surface and underground). He has a passion to research and find new solutions, concepts, equipment, and procedures to make projects more successful, technically sound, and custom tailored to the individual program's needs.
